1 1/2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of Cherry Heering brandy
1/4 oz of Cointreau (or orange liqueur)
1/4 oz of benedictine
4 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
1/3 oz of Grenadine
Angostura bitters
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled collins glass. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple.
