2 oz of Bourbon
1 oz of grapefruit juice
1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
1 rinse of Islay Scotch (or whiskey)
2 dash of grapefruit bitters
1/2 sprig of rosemary
Lightly muddle Rosemary, add ingredients except scotch, shake vigorously until chilled. Heavy rinse chilled cocktail glass with Lagavulin and double strain ingredients into same glass.
