2 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
3/4 oz of cream
3/4 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 1/4 oz of milk
2-3 dash of grenadine syrup
3/4 oz of Coconut Cream
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with an amarelle cherry, and serve.
