1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
1 oz of Ginger beer
3/4 oz of Lime Juice
3/4 oz of passionfruit puree
1/2 oz of agave syrup
Cucumber
chili powder
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime juice with the 3 cucumber slices. Add the remaining ingredients and top with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a dash of chili powder.
