1 1/4 oz of Gin
1 1/4 oz of rum
1 1/4 oz of whiskey
1 1/4 oz of Brandy
1 1/4 oz of port
5 oz of Guinness stout (or dark beer)
4 oz of Champagne
Add all five shots to a pint glass.\r
Top to desired level with stout beer, 5 oz is just about right.\r
Fill to top of glass with champagne.\r
Note: No room for ice. You don't need it if you chill most of the ingredients. Highly suggested.
