1 oz of Vodka
1/2 oz of creme de peche
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of egg white (or egg)
2 oz of Champagne
Shake vodka, creme de peche, lemon, and egg white in a cocktail shaker for about one minute, to get a nice froth on the egg white. Add a few cubes of ice and shake again to chill the mixture. Pour champagne into a flute and strain the contents of the shaker on top. Garnish with a lemon peel. This recipe is courtesy of Cadet in Santa Monica.
