2 oz of Light Rum
3 tsp of brown sugar (or sugar)
3 drops of Angostura bitters
4-6 oz of san pellegrino chinotto soda (or orange soda)
3 slice of limes
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an highball glass. Fill half glass with ice cubes. Pour the rum and angostura into the glass. Stir well. Fill with chinotto, and serve.
