3 oz of Brandy
4 oz of black tea (or tea)
1 oz of heavy cream
1/4 tsp of cardamom powder
cloves
fresh ginger (or ginger)
cinnamon stick
In a mug, combine the brandy with the tea. Add the cardamom, 2 cloves, a slice of ginger, and cinnamon, and allow to steep for about two minutes. Strain the mixture, saving the cinnamon stick for garnish. Pour the mixture back into the mug. Add the heavy cream, stir, and garnish with the cinnamon.
