2 drops of almond syrup
2 drops of blue curacao liqueur
1 1/2 oz of Bombay Sapphire gin (or Gin)
1/2 of Lemon Juice
1 splash of elderflower syrup (or strawberry syrup)
Place all the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the white chocolate dove (or bird of choice).\r
To make the dove use a bird shaped cookie cutter on a bar of white chocolate.
