Rye Sling - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of rye whiskey
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
- 5 oz of soda
- 1/4 oz of Heering Cherry Liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
Instructions
Shake rye whiskey, cherry heering, sugar syrup and lemon juice well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice cubes, fill with soda, garnish with a cocktail cherry, and serve.More cocktails with rye whiskey
