1 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of benedictine
3/8 oz of cinnamon syrup
3/8 oz of simple syrup
1/4 oz of falernum
1/4 oz of Orgeat (or almond syrup)
1 oz of Lemon Juice
3/4 oz of heavy cream
1 oz of egg white (or egg)
1 oz of soda water
Combine liquor, syrup, juice, cream, and egg white ingredients into a shaker with no ice, add 1/2 oz. soda water. Shake for 1 min. Add 4 Koldraft cubes and shake for 2 min. In a highball glass add 1/2 oz. of soda water. Strain contents of the shaker through tea strainer into highball glass over top of the soda water. Flamed lemon peel. Note: cinnamon syrup and simple syrup maybe be combined to make light cinnamon simple syrup, of which you'd use 3/4 oz.
