2 oz of Brandy
1/2 oz of peppermint schnapps
1 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
Add everything except soda and mint to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass over ice and top with club soda. Serve with a mint sprig as garnish.
